Job Description:

1. Completed the sales targets of the stores in the region, formulated corresponding market activities according to the classification of the stores, and completed various targets assigned by the company;

2. Responsible for the management and supervision of the operation and management of direct stores, ensuring the implementation of various work and the smooth management of daily affairs, including personnel management, goods management, etc., and timely adjusting the inventory sales ratio;

3. Lead and motivate sales staff to provide professional services consistent with the brand to satisfy customers;

4. Responsible for the recruitment, training and assessment of the store staff under my jurisdiction;

5. Excellent ability to maintain a good relationship with the shopping mall, to ensure the position advantage of the store in the shopping mall, and to discuss with the shopping mall about the conditions of promotional activities, the creation of promotional atmosphere and the evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional activities.

6. Planned and implemented various promotion plans, and made corresponding adjustments at any time according to the implementation effect of the store;

7. Responsible for communicating with relevant departments and maintaining brand image.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, major in marketing is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of working experience in retail management and operation, with consumer resistance and light luxury retail management experience preferred;

3. Be familiar with goods distribution, display and image management, be good at grasping customer preference trend, and have excellent aesthetic taste of counter display;

4. Familiar with the coordination of new store opening, good at relevant negotiation skills and planning and execution of marketing activities;

5. Proficient in retail team recruitment, training and team organization and management;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, good team spirit;

7. Good communication and coordination skills and ability to deal with emergencies;
