Resin bonded diamond and CBN grinding wheels
The wheel is made of a low temperature ceramic bond sintered with a high quality selected high strength CBN. They are sharp, durable, of good grinding quality and easy to dress. Available in dense and porous sizes with a common grit size of 500"-4000" for rough, fine and super fine grinding.
Suitable for grinding, cutting or grooving of non-metallic hard and brittle materials such as carbide, quartz, glass, optical materials, silica, composite materials, PCD, PCBN, ceramic materials and metal materials such as HSS, tool steel, die steel, alloy steel and bearing steel.
It is characterised by sharpness, low cutting forces, easy dressing and high production efficiency.
